Stateline was founded in 2017 with a vision to provide contemporary, evidence-based and affordable medical care in a convenient and friendly office based setting. Our providers specialize in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, vein disease and cosmetics. We are local providers who live in the community and strive to deliver exceptional, compassionate care with a personalized touch.

Our Providers
Karen Garrett, PA-C
Karen Garrett is a Virginia native and has lived in Martinsville for over 25 years. She completed her undergraduate education at Guilford College with a double major in biology and chemistry. She graduated from the physician assistant program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine with honors in 1999. She has over 22 years of experience in adult medicine with special interest in women's health including contraceptive management and menopause management. Over the last several years, she has expanded her expertise to numerous cosmetic procedures including botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels and medical grade skin care products to assist with anti-aging. She has most recently added laser hair removal, Morpheus8 fractional skin treatment for anti aging, acne scaring and stretch marks, as well as IPL (intense pulsed light) to treat pigmented and vascular lesions. She has attended numerous advanced injectables courses instructed by top injectors in the country.
Courtney Puckett, LPN
Stateline Aesthetics is excited to have Courtney join our team. She is providing numerous aesthetic services including brand new HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, Laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, Morpheus8 microneedling, Coolsculpting and medical grade skin care consults. Angela Mason
Stateline Aesthetics is excited to partner with Jane Iredale, the skincare makeup! You have asked for the final step of a skincare routine and we have delivered! And the best part is our very own Angela Mason, CMA will be our “Jane expert”! Everyone who has met Angela knows her skin and makeup is ALWAYS flawless, but what you may not know is her years of experience in the field. She has worked over 25 years in skincare and cosmetics and was a BeautiControl consultant for many years. She has not only attended many seminars and workshops on the science and application but has taught the proper technique of application to many! Angela is a firm believer in looking good will make you feel good about yourself and more confident.
